Refund Policy
You MUST contact us via email regarding a return. Alongside spam, we get too many messages on our social media accounts to answer you there.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING (NON DEFECTIVE)?
As long as the item you wish to return is in the original packaging and is not one of the non-returnable items. You just need to notify us within 30 days of your Order and we’ll contact you within 24 hours to walk you through the next steps. Please do not return anything without speaking to us to make sure the return process is correct.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
All items qualify for a return within 30 days of receipt. We will gladly accept all returns, no questions asked, within 30 days of the purchase date. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged. All items are inspected upon shipment, so we require an attached photo prior to returning the item. This is to ensure it is in good condition and has not been damaged, soiled, or altered.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You are permitted to exchange an item within 30 days of receipt. All of our products have different ingredients. If you would like more information about a specific product, email us! All items are inspected upon shipment, so we require an attached photo prior to exchanging the item. This is to ensure it is in good condition and has not been damaged, soiled, or altered.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM, NOW WHAT?
If the item you received is faulty, please follow this process:
Contact our support center by emailing info@drsperonsnaturalskincare.com and give us your order number, your name and address, and the details of the product (quantity, SKU). Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email. As all items are inspected upon shipment, faulty item claims without a photo attached will not be taken seriously.
*As this is our fault, we will be happy to resolve the issue for you!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- First, we’ll send you an email to confirm your faulty-item claim has been accepted and that your refund has been processed.
Please note that we are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive evidence from you that supports that the item/s are damaged.
- You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days* of contacting us. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.
