Thank you for shopping at Dr Speron's Natural Skin Care. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds
We offer a full refund on products returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@drsperonsnaturalskincare.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns, excluding cases of damaged or defective products. This fee covers the cost of processing and restocking returned items.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including any associated shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days after receiving the product.
Credit Card Charges
If applicable, credit card charges associated with the purchase will not be refunded.
